These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website, located at https://defilmmakeraceo.com, and the purchase of the DFAC training program. By accessing this website and/or purchasing DFAC, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use this website or purchase the program if you do not agree with them.

The DFAC Program
DFAC is an online training and coaching program for filmmakers and audiovisual content creators looking to transition from a freelance/transactional model to an agency model with recurring revenue. The program includes live group sessions with Miguel Cadavieco Bedia, six recorded training modules covering the filmmaker-to-agency business framework, and follow-up calls with Miguel.
DFAC does not guarantee any financial results and does not include management of any part of the client's business. It is a coaching- and consulting-style accompaniment and guidance program for business owners.
License and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, ATARAX ELIAN LLC and/or Miguel Cadavieco Bedia own the intellectual property rights to all material on this website and in the DFAC program (videos, documents, templates, community materials, the Soy Bedia brand, and associated assets). All rights reserved.
Access is granted for your personal, non-transferable use, subject to these Terms. You must not:
Copy, republish, or redistribute material from this website or from DFAC
Sell, rent, or sub-license DFAC materials or content
Reproduce or duplicate DFAC materials for commercial or non-commercial redistribution
This restriction applies from the date these Terms take effect.
Pricing and Payment
DFAC is offered through three pricing tiers: $500, $1,500, or $2,500 USD, depending on the package selected at checkout, taxes not included unless expressly stated. Payment is processed through Stripe via the payment links provided by ATARAX ELIAN LLC. Purchase confirmation is sent by email once payment has been successfully charged.
Order Confirmation and Start of Service
The contract is formed once payment is confirmed through Stripe. By voluntarily booking the onboarding call through the calendar provided, the customer expressly requests that performance of the service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period described in Section 7 has ended, and acknowledges the consequences described in Section 8.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If the customer is contracting as a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) and resides in a jurisdiction that grants this right, they have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, subject only to the costs described in Section 8.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us clearly at info@defilmmakeraceo.com before the period ends, stating their name, purchase date, and decision to withdraw.
Consequences of Withdrawal After Service Has Started
If the customer has expressly requested that the service begin under Section 6 and later exercises the right of withdrawal, they must pay ATARAX ELIAN LLC an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided up to the moment they communicate their decision, calculated on the total agreed price. ATARAX ELIAN LLC will refund the remaining amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The customer will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with their prior express consent and with their acknowledgment that they would lose this right upon full performance.
Comments
Where this website allows users to post comments, DFAC does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments before they appear, and comments do not reflect the views of DFAC, its agents, or affiliates. DFAC is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any comments posted, and reserves the right to monitor and remove any comment considered inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
By posting a comment, you warrant that you are entitled to do so, that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and that it is not defamatory, unlawful, or an invasion of privacy. You grant DFAC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit your comments in any format or medium.
Hyperlinking to Our Content
Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and accredited businesses may link to this website without prior written approval, provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply endorsement, and fits the context of the linking site. Other organizations wishing to link to this website must request approval by emailing info@defilmmakeraceo.com with their name, organization, site URL, and the specific pages they intend to link to and from. Approved links may use our corporate name or the relevant URL, but no use of the DFAC or Soy Bedia logo is permitted without a separate trademark license agreement.
Content Liability and Reservation of Rights
We are not responsible for content appearing on any third-party website that links to us, and you agree to defend us against any claims arising from your website. We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our website at any time, and to amend these Terms and our linking policy at any time.
Removal of Links
If you find a link on our website that you consider offensive, you may contact us at info@defilmmakeraceo.com. We will consider requests to remove links but are not obligated to do so or to respond individually.
Data Protection
Personal data collected during the purchase and onboarding process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to your privacy policy page]. Where the customer resides in the European Union, processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), regardless of the seller's location.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties and conditions relating to this website and its use, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, which are never excluded.
We do not guarantee that the information on this website is complete, accurate, or continuously available or up to date. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits the rights described in Sections 7 and 8 regarding withdrawal from a paid purchase of the DFAC program.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For commercial matters not expressly governed by mandatory consumer-protection rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. However, where the customer qualifies as a consumer residing in the European Union or Spain, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of habitual residence (including Spain's General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, where applicable) will apply and will prevail over the foregoing in the event of a conflict.
